Last week was Easter week for our school. First, we made an Easter basket (rabbit), and Egg hunting game together.
Everyone has same shape piece of paper, but they used different way to put make a rabbit face. Some of them used oval shape in a horizontal way, and some of them used it in a vertical way. Their ideas impressed us all the time.
After we made own baskets, they enjoyed Egg hunting! Staff hid eggs everywhere in a classroom, and children tried to find them. It was a very simple game, but they love the activity! Many of them wanted to do it over and over. During the game, we saw very touching scene too. Not only one child but some children shared their own eggs which they found to other friend who got only a few eggs.
It was an only a game, but children could learn how to share and care others through this activity too. We have been always amazed at their growth.
